We’re trying something new this year for sharing real estate data in Kelowna. Typically we would include the latest statistics published by the Association of Interior Realtors to inform our customers of what’s happening in the Central Okanagan real estate market.  The AIR puts out a monthly report giving the public a comprehensive update and report on the local market. These reports are integral to learning more about recent sales, benchmark pricing, average days to sell, and more.

This year we’ve compiled all the recent real estate data gathered from AIR in 2023 into an informative series of real estate charts. As new data becomes available each month we’re adding it, to create a comprehensive at-a-glance charting system for various categories of interest. These updated data charts will allow our customers to have a wider view of the market. In addition to compiling the historical sales data in an at-a-glance format, we’ve also added some cool new real estate listing search tools to our website.
