To be clear, this isn’t a list of the “best” streets in Kelowna. Every buyer has different priorities. Instead, these are some of the streets we find ourselves talking about most often, along with a few local favourites that deserve a closer look.

If there is one street that consistently stands out in Kelowna’s luxury market, it’s Hobson Road.

Year after year, many of the city’s highest-valued homes can be found here.
